Being an Oakland native, I love this city, and I feel privileged to be able to sell homes in the neighborhoods that I spent time in as a child. From the beginning of my real estate career I have been associated with Mason McDuffie, which means that I have been and continue to be exposed to some of the very best training in the industry. I have a great understanding of this market and what it takes to serve my clients at the highest level, and I'll take the time to find out what you really need most from me as a professional real estate agent. I am committed to finding out how I can best assist each client that I have, as differet people often have different needs. Being flexible in terms of how often and what methods are used to communicate is one example of how I tailor my services to the particulate lifestyle of the client. The ultimate goal is to e accessable and available when a client has a need, and to facilitate the transaction as smoothly as possible. One tool I utilize to get this done is Docusign, which allows clients to electronically sign documents on a computer or even smartphone. This eliminates the need to print and fax documents back and forth, which really is a drastic change compared to how many agents do things.
In addition to being a graduate of Sonoma State University, I'm E-Certified and a member of the National, California, and Oakland Association of Realtors. Last year I received the "Leading Edge Society" award, which places me among the top 7% of all Mason McDuffie agents Nationwide. Continuing education is important to me, as there are always changes happening in the real estate market. Most recently, I became a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) in order to better assist clients who are underwater and need to short sell. Although short sales have tapered off somewhat, they will still be a significant part of the market for several years to come.
However I also work a lot with buyer clients, both first time and move up buyers. So whether you need to sell or buy, I have the tools and the knowledge to help you reach your goal as smoothly as possible.
