East Oakland Real Estate
Homes in East Oakland have a lot of character, with varied architecture just like the rest of Oakland. Everything from Crafstman Bungalows, Ranchers, Mediterranean, Victorian, Tudor and even Cape Cod style homes can be found in East Oakland. Of course, East Oakland is also home to the Oakland Coliseum where our beloved Raiders and A's play. The Oracle Arena which is adjacent to the Coliseum is where the Golden State Warriors play (at least until 2015 unfortunately).
The Hills of East Oakland is where neighborhoods such as Grass Valley and Sequoyah Heights are located. These areas in the East Oakland Hills feature mostly Ranch style homes, and other types from the Mid 1950's.
